International Fine Arts Consortium announces the participation of artist, Eileen Hickey-Hulme, in this year’s Pool Art Fair in Miami. This will mark Eileen’s inaugural show in Miami after seasoning her career with exhibitions throughout New York City as well as the Hamptons. Her work explores fragility and exposure as influenced by Modernist, Feminist and Surreal themes and boldly marries feminist imagery with contemporary concerns. These latest pieces are an on-going exploration of process reclaiming devalued symbols as potent and universal ones.
Pool, now in its fifth year, will be held December 7th through the 9th during art week in Miami and is hosted by South Beach’s own Cavalier Hotel. Eileen’s work will be featured in Suite 306. Intended by its creator, Frère Independent, to be an informal meeting ground for artists, dealers and collectors-Pool promises to be a stimulating and vibrant addition to Miami’s biggest celebration of art.
